Qualifications:
1-2 years experience in a Medical setting preferred, excellent customer service skills. Medical Terminology and Bi-Lingual a plus. Must be alert and aware of all aspects of the Southpoint Surgery Center, including services offered, Dr's, waiting areas, etc.
Description:
Greet all that enter the SSC with a warm friendly welcome, escort patients and visitors to appropriate destinations.
If needed, get wheelchairs for patients. Provide information regarding hours of operation, services offered, drop off/pick up locations, etc.
Responsible for keeping front area clean and tidy during business hours. Serve coffee and snacks to patients and visitors. Help put together meetings and set up for meetings. Conduct tours through the center.
