Our Nurse Manager :

Janice Carter, R.N., a deeply commited professional, is a valuable asset to the nursing profession and Southpoint Surgery Center. We admire her for keeping a positive attitude, being humble, and honest with everyone.

She is always looking for ways to better the surgery center and educate our staff. Janice teaches classes so everyone learns to provide optimal care to our patients. As an excellent leader and coworker she guides us through state inspectons and provides Risk Management to our facility.

Janice reminds our staff why they wanted to become healthcare professionals in the first place. With unconditional, love, respect and dignity she restores our nurses sense of pride. Her own pride is evident in all her work as she takes on extra hours, remains flexible about scheduling and deals with all the difficult situations that arrise.

Ophthalmic Tech

Kelli Noda, COMT

Available for Ophthalmology, as a scrub tech, we have Kelli Noda. She is a perceptive and very efficient scrub tech, with an excellent understanding of an Ophthalmologist's needs.

Kelli is the head Ophthalmology Technologist. She has worked in the field for over ten years. She educates all technical staff, so that every scrub tech provides optimal care and assistance to our physicians.

We know that our patients will appreciate her positive attitude and enthusiasm. Our physicians are inspired by her expedience and upbeat attitude.
